SCUBA INSTRUCTOR (100%)

We are looking for a SSI open water scuba instructor (OWSI) to join our team from March/April 2025.

We teach Try Scuba through to SSI Assistant Instructor and do guided dive tours.

We are not looking for couples or divemasters.

We are TamaDive, a small dive center in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. We are looking for a fulltime instructor to join our growing team. Our shop puts an emphasis on quality over quantity as the customer’s experience is our focal point.

Requirements:

• min. SSI OWSI or higher

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (any other language is appreciated)

• Driving license (automatic & manual)

• Previous experience in teaching and guiding

• You are enthusiastic and customer orientated, have excellent sales skills and are good at working independently

• Willing to sometimes work in the office and you have worked in an office before

• Minimum stay 6 months
