CANCELLATION POLICY

Our approach for day tours (fundive, snorkeling) is simple and straightforward, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled by email, WhatsApp or phone 2 days (48 hours) or less before the starting time of the event. If cancelled before, we will refund you in full. This rule also applies for partial cancellations in a group. No shows or late cancellations will be charged the full amount of the booking.

COURSES & SPECIAL TRIPS:

Courses and special trips (bull shark experience) can be cancelled with full refund 7 days ahead of the starting date. Only exception are courses where you earn a recognition card but not a certification (ie. basic diver). No shows or late cancellations will be charged the full amount of the booking.
